Download and Access Issues
We want you to have a smooth experience with your purchase. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading an eBook you purchased, please contact us at fitvault2026@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and the email address used for your purchase so we can locate your order and assist you.
Technical assistance with accessing a purchased digital product does not constitute a right to a refund.
Damages, Defective Files, or Incorrect Products
Although our products are digital, please contact us if:
- Your download file is corrupted or inaccessible;
- You receive a file that does not match the product you purchased;
- You are unable to access your purchased eBook due to a technical issue on our side.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or restore access to the product.
Duplicate Purchases
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us at fitvault2026@gmail.com. Duplicate purchases are generally not eligible for a refund, but we may review the circumstances at our discretion.
Exchanges
Because our products are digital, we do not offer exchanges.
If you purchased an eBook and later decide that you would prefer a different product, a new purchase will be required.
